Revolutionary songwriter and violinist, Diana Yukawa is set to release her EP on 18th March 2013. The British artist will be releasing the 3 tracks, My Way Home, Juno and City of Shadows, worldwide (excluding Japan) digitally under the title Finding the Parallel.
In the years that followed her last album release with Sony Music, Yukawa has been working hard to establish her signature sound. In a recent interview, when asked about the music Yukawa described it as Electronic-Classical-Triphop. The music and the artist can only really be described as simply revolutionary and refreshing....

Diana spent the years that preceded her second album developing her own original sound, somewhat removed from her two previous classical albums. Signed to Sony Music, the violinist recorded the material for her much anticipated third album at Abbey Road Studios.
Teaming up with renowned producer, Andy Wright who has worked with the likes of, Simply Red, Massive Attack and Jeff Beck, Diana co-wrote the pieces and released The Butterfly Effect in October 2009 in Japan.

The concert encore is now established as an art form in its own right, so Diana Yukawa's Elegy needs no apology. And since Fritz Kreisler started the game, it's appropriate that his arrangements should permeate this 16-year-old Japanese fiddler's disc. Eight out of its 18 tracks are by him, including his Liebeslied and La campanella, with others by Wieniawski and the great Sarasate. Yukawa's tone is big, firm, and muscular.
Yukawa finds the right drawing-room charm for Elgar's Salut d'amour and Reis's La capricciosa, and brings to the Japanese compositions a sincerity which the sleeve notes poignantly explain.
Her father died in the Boeing 747 aircrash in 1985, and her first performance of Elegy--composed to lyrics by another man who lost his wife in the crash--was given on the mountainside in Japan where it happened.
Diana's second Classical album, Concerto– works by Saint-Saens with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra was released in 2001 with BMG RCA Red Seal at the age of 16.
